At American Map Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new wall art. If your map doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully roll your map and place it back into its original protective shipping tube to ensure it is not creased or damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return shipping label to the tube and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned map, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
